Ukrainian government securities are placed exclusively on the domestic stock market. The nominal value of the bonds can be determined in a foreign currency. Emission of government bonds is regulated by the law on state's budget, which establishes the maximum size of public, external and domestic debts. The decision on the placement of bonds of internal, external or public nature and conditions of their emission shall be made according to the Budget Code of Ukraine.

The data is published by the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU). This dataset provides information on the average weighted yields of domestic treasury bills. This includes T-bills issued for increase of formation of banks' statutory capital.
