The data are published by the Singapore Department of Statistics (DOS a.k.a. SingStat) and are extracted from two sources. The Urban Redeveloplment Authority (URA) provides the statistics on Provisional Permissions and Written Permissions. The JTC Corporation (JTC) provides the statistics on Building Plan approvals, Notices of Commencement, and Temporary Occupation Permits or Certificates of Statutory Completion.
We compute a seasonally adjusted version of the residential completions count.
