For Cyprus, CYSTAT publishes a monthly industrial turnover index, index of industrial production (IPI), and an "industrial output prices index" (i.e., a producer price index, PPI). These are Eurostat-coordinated short-term business statistics.

Index of industrial production: General, sections B to E, 13 aggregates of divisions.

Industrial output prices index (PPI): General; sections B to E; 13 divisions, sub-divisions, or aggregates thereof. Each has up to three markets (local, export, both) as appropriate (for example, there's no export market for division 36 "water collection; treatment; supply").

Turnover index in industry (sales): Same as PPI.

For the PPI general index, we back-extend (2000m1 to 2020m12) and construct a seasonally adjusted counterpart using X-13ARIMA-SEATS.

Yes. There are commonly revisions to the prior months of the current calendar year, and often part of the prior calendar year. Usually only a subset of series are revised.

The index base year is advanced every fifth year.

For our SA supplements, we annually update the factors and revise history, typically after publication of the December value.
