This dataset covers the production and expenditure approach to national accounts for Poland. It contains information about the definitions of basic macroeconomic categories, classifications used and the estimation methods of quarterly national accounts. Active series were calculated according to the Harmonized European Policy Revision.
For GDP(E) and GDP(O), we back-extend prior to 2002Q1 or 2017Q1, as necessary.
For GDP(E), we compute chained-price levels from the current prices and volume indexes, in both NSA and SA terms.
We fill gaps in the presentation by calculating identities.
Yes. Quarterly data are provisional when first released and are revised concurrent with the final version of annual GDP data.
