Release Information
Statistics Belgium provides a detailed monthly report of various starts and permits data for both non-residential and residential buildings.
The data is in non-seasonally adjusted terms and covers both national and subnational areas down to the NUTS 3 level. Subnational data begins in 1996 while national series begin as early as 1980.
These series are revised on a monthly basis. Expect revisions with each update.
