Release Information
Business survey is a quarterly survey seeking information on business activities conducted in the current quarter as well as expectations on the next quarter. Respondents are specifically selected according to their operating capacity, economic sector and region. The information of interest include capital utilization, usage of labour realization and usage of labour expectation for the ten industry sectors.
Questionnaires are sent by mail to management. Data collected are processed by net balance method. i.e. calculating the difference between the percentage of the respondents who responds increase and the percentage of of the respondents who responds decrease. Unchange responses are ignored.
The data is final when first disseminated.
