Release Information
The Central Bureau of Statistics - Israel reports quarterly averaged prices of owner occupied dwellings for both the national and regional levels. Average price of owner occupied dwellings is categorized by the amount of rooms. Figures are in thousands Shekel and are not seasonally adjusted (NSA).
Occupied dwellings represents averages for all the dwellings which were actually sold in each quarterly, irrespective of the differences between periods with regards to the dwelling's area and quality and the region in which it is located.
