Release Information

For Argentina, the Encuesta Permanente de Hogares (EPH) (Permanent Household Survey) collects specific demographic data from households in urban areas such as: age, gender, marriage status, employment, education, and income level and is permanent. The survey is multi-purpose in that it includes the computation of (EAP) Economically Active Population which is all of the individuals who work to create goods/services.

Includs people who currently have the "employed" status but have not been working for that specific reference time frame ex: leave of absence because of disease-related issues, suspended employee without pay, and any weather-related catastrophes.
