Austria - Producer Price Index (PPI)

For Austria, the producer price index for goods. Offered as a total index covering both the ÖNACE and the ÖCPA. Sections B to E are covered. It is also an index for the individual sections and departments. The index is divided into eurozone and non-euro zone. 

Is known as the "producer price index for the manufacturing sector" and the "Industrial Producer Price Index (IPPI) for the total, domestic and foreign markets."

This index is calculated according to the EU harmonized use groups. The main industrial groups are intermediate goods, investment goods, consumers goods, and energy.

The data is first released in a preliminary stage 30 days after the reporting period. Final values are then released after 60 days (excluding the month of January, which is 65 days instead).
